With the application of a cupper (Cu) and a chrome-nickel (Cr-Ni) wire during the production of the pipe the leak of water in the system can be monitored.

Low operation costs, advanced system control and automation, to interfere directly to the system and control of the whole system from one center are possible with the leak monitoring system. With this the effects of water leaks to the system will be prevented, the efficiency will be improved and the operation costs will be minimized.

. According to the geometry of the project intermediate units which are placed between 500 -1250 meter are monitoring the parameters of the system and transferring these to the central unit. At the panel of the intermediate unit the parameters of the system can be monitored.
. The central unit is collecting the system parameters, store them and communicate with the other automation systems (SCADA).
. The communication protocol of the system will be realized by Nimka via cable or RF based on the dimension of the project.
. Upon request a signalization can be connected to the leak monitoring system during the optimization (light, buzzer etc.)
. The software has been created by Nimka and can be adapted for the special projects.
